Rachel graduated from culinary school in 2010 and has since worked as a pastry cook and chef in well-known bakeries, restaurants, and clubs in both Atlanta and Houston, Texas. She has developed her skills in all areas of pastry, with a focus on elaborate cakes and dessert displays. Her goal is to provide beautiful, high-quality pastries that are appealing as well as delicious. She endeavors to provide a unique but approachable experience for her clients, Classical French technique and Southern flavors are the brush and palette for her creations.

Sophie has more than 10 years of experience working in luxury settings such as The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, The Whitley Hotel, and City Club of Buckhead. She graduated from The Art Institute in 2009, and has since been honing her craft with some of the most talented pastry chefs in the industry. Her wide range of talents is punctuated by her skill with fondant cakes and elaborate chocolate showpieces. She holds herself to the highest standard of quality, while providing a personable and grounded client relationship.
